They are sponges. What else can I say?
They are harder than the beauty blender brand but I prefer that for the extra small sponges. They are also very smooth and do not bleed dye. The puffs are very soft and I cannot wait to use them!
All 12 pieces are there. The color is super cute, my camera doesn't pick it up very well. Also, these sponges are super soft and I love the way they feel.
